GETTING PRAISE FROM MANOLO BLAHNIK AND WINNING THE MANOLO BLAHNIK TWO YEARS IN A ROW, ENOUGH SAID. HER SHOES ARE SCULPTED MASTERPIECES MADE TO BE WORN AND LET THE NATURAL BEATUY SHINE! THIS PEWTER CUTOUT WEDGE IS STUNNING...

BESIDES ADORING MARY KATE AND ASHLEY OLSEN, I AM ALWAYS ANTICIPATING WHAT THEY WILL SEND DOWN THE RUNWAY. THIS FALL COLLECTION WAS NEEDLESS TO SAY SIMPLE, CHIC AND DEFINITIVELY THEM! LEATHER T-SHIRTS, SLOUCHY TUXEDO JACKETS AND OBVIOUSLY MUTED COLORS WERE PART OF THE SHOW. THE ROW IS AN EFFORTLESSLY EDGY LINE THAT PUTS FORTH WEARABLE YET TRENDSETTING PIECES...TAKE A LOOK!!!

YOU CAN SEE FOR YOURSELF THAT THE TWINS ARE SIMPLY BRILLIANT!

SHOE DESIGNER NICHOLAS KIRKWOOD MAKES ME CRY WITH THE MASTERPIECES HE PUTS FORTH. WITH HIS INNOVATION AND SHEER LUXURIOUSNESS EVERY SHOE IS TRENDSETTING. THIS WEDGE HAPPENS TO BE MY FAVORITE...ALTHOUGH FROM S/S 08 IT IS ON POINT WITH EVERYTHING GOING ON IN FASHION NOW. TWISTING CLASSICS AND "EDING" THEM UP! THIS SHOES LOOKS LIKE A DANCE FLOOR ON THE BOTTOM...CALLING OUT TO ALL FASHIONISTAS! COULD THIS BE A SIGN?! EVERY WOMAN SHOULD HAVE A STUNNING PAIR OF WEDGES.

CALZONCINI BREVE!!

NEEDLESS TO SAY, I AM NOT THE BIGGEST FAN OF MENS SHORTS. THEY TEND TO BE ARCHAIC IN THE SENSE THAT THERE HAS BEEN NO MODERNIZATION OF THIS STAPLE PIECE IN A WHILE. BOTTEGA VENETA IMPRESSED ME THIS SEASON WITH THERE "SHORT SHORTS" FOR MEN. I MEAN WHO DOESNT WANT TO SHOW OFF SOME SKIN. THE LEATHER SHORTS TO LEFT ARE MY FAVORITE BY FAR!! THEY ADD THAT EDGE I LOVE TO SPICE UP ANY OUTFIT WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING DRASTIC...

MY NEW BURBERRY CUFF-CLASSIC EDGE

I recently purchased this cuff online from Burberry. Its a copper colored bangle with pyramid studs all around. This bracelet is of the best quality and is very heavy...could actually hurt someone! It retails for $250 and worth every penny. I love the copper color as well, it just adds something different and mixes well with almost any color type. Here a few pics...

It sort of shimmers in the light...which makes it a bit glamorous! You can pair this with a bunch of other bangles or alone for a simplistic edge. Great addition for any accessory lover! <3

CHANEL COUTURE S/S 2010-11

 This years Chanel Couture show was my favorite yet! The masterpieces that came down the runway just blew me away and not only because the designs were innovative but well structured and the fabric choice were brilliant. Here a just a few of my favorties...

Left- I am in love with the menswear

inspired tie paired with a strking white couture dress. With shoulder

accents it adds a sense of profession. 

Right- The sheered sleeves on this

dress are embellished to perfection. This dress has a classic shape but all the attention to detail makes it 
modernized and a great fun addition
to any couture closet.

Above- Do I even have to say why I'm

dying over this...i guess so. The scrunched

and almost ruffled bottom with the striking

shoulders make this so chic and wearable

to any event. Dress to impress...always!

The finale dress below on the right took my breath away! I have never seen a "wedding"dress like this...ever. The floral patterned sleeves add to the simplistic luxury approach Lagerfeld had in mind. Incorporating a jumpsuit silhouette was nothing but genius and every time I see Chanel I tend to want to shed a tear!...and most likely do.

OLIVER PEOPLES SUNGLASSES FOR BALMAIN-NEW FAVORITE!

I am in love with these Balmain I sunglasses!! The simple shape with oversized frames and the frame detailing all around makes these very chic and very wearable at the same time. Pick yours up for $595.

CHRONICLES OF NEVER-ONCE AROUND THE MOON

 

These gorgeous ankle boots are from one of my favorite brands, Chronicles of Never.  These white painted leather boots are a contemporary take on the classic and are done perfectly! The rough white along with the classic shape and paneled sides give this boot a distinct edginess and are perfect for fashion's young trendsetters. These retail for $350 and also come in rough black leather. I much prefer the white!! Check out some of there other items if you are looking for a contemporary line that weighs heavily on geometric patters and scientific methods!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ADD THIS PIECE TO YOUR WARDROBE...PHILLIP LIM ALWAYS DELIVERS A CONTEMPORARY AND CHICK LOOK!
